Organised by the International Journal of Integrated Care, in cooperation with the Health Services Management Centre of the University of Birmingham, the WHO European Office for Integrated Health Care Services Barcelona and the University Library Utrecht.

This will be the fifth conference on integrated care organised by the International Journal of Integrated Care. This year, the conference will be hosted by the HSMC at the picturesque venue of the Birmingham Botanical Gardens (UK).

2. NHS Integrated Care Network (On the NHS Integrated Care Network pre-conference, two of IJIC's editors will deliver a keynote lecture:
1. Professor Dennis Kodner, Executive Director and Professor Brookdale Center on Aging of Hunter College, the City University of New York
2. Dr. Arno van Raak, lecturer at the Department of Health, Organisation, Policy and Economics at the University of Maastricht
